Originally from North Dakota, Marie knows what it’s like to dig up roots and transplant to another state. Marie’s first focus is her family. The Otis family members are active at their church. Marie taught Sunday School, served as member of the Church Board and her children currently sing in the children’s choir. Marie, a native of North Dakota, graduated from North Dakota State University with two (2) Bachelor’s Degrees in Microbiology and Medical technology. She has also completed all her classwork on her Masters of Science at the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO).
